全自动样本前处理单元

本机台模拟了样本前处理中从上样，自动扫码存储、自动开盖、自动移液及关盖的整个工艺过程。自制X轴和两个Y轴，采用的齿轮+齿条系统与同步带系统提供良好的精度和速度。大扭矩旋转抓取模块 EHMD-CN确保了开关盖的可靠性。正负压发生器PGVA与移液枪DHOE组合实现从ul到ml移液，并配有自动剔除TIP头功能。

• 自制齿轮齿条系统的Y轴悬臂系统可以应用在桌面剩余空间狭小且不足以使用门架系统的情况，两根同步带组成的X轴系统确保两条Y轴悬臂可以独立运动，互不干涉
• 大扭矩旋转抓取模块 模块 EHMD-CN可提供1.3Nm的瞬间扭矩，最大可提供1.8Nm

Decapping and Recapping

The whole system shows the high torque rotary mechanical gripper and the one key operation interface, which can realize the simple operation of opening and closing the cover with one hand.

Pipetting

The whole system shows the automatic liquid handling system. The combination of pressure and vacuum generator PGVA and pipette head DHOE realizes the liquid handling in the range from ul to ml, matches Festo disposable tips, and reduces the risk of cross contamination.

Dosing

The whole system shows the system stability using our medium separated valve for dispensing, which can achieve continuous and stable dispensing in the range of ul.
