Automatic Sample Pre-processing Unit

This display simulates the entire process of sample handling, automatic code scanning and storage, automatic cap opening, automatic liquid transfer, and cap closing in sample preprocessing. The self-made X-axis and two Y-axes, the gear+rack system and the sychronized belt system provide good accuracy and speed. The high torque rotatry gripper module EHMD-CN ensures the reliability of the capping/decapping. The combination of pressure/vacuum generator PGVA and pipette head DHOE achieves pipetting from ul to ml, and is equipped with automatic removal of TIP head function.

Higlights

  • The Y-axis cantilever system based on the self-made rack and pinion system can be used when the remaining space of the desktop is too tight to use the gantry system. The X-axis system composed of two sychronized belts ensures that the two Y-axis cantilevers can move independently without interference with each other
  • The rotary gripping module EHMD-CN, the variant of high torque, can provide 1.3Nm instantaneous torque, and up to 1.7 Nm.
  • The combination of high-precision pressure/vacuum generator PGVA and pipetting head DHOE ensures pipetting accuracy

Decapping and Recapping

The whole system shows the high torque rotary mechanical gripper and the one key operation interface, which can realize the simple operation of opening and closing the cover with one hand.
