  • The new generation digital platform VUTX is equipped with CPX-AP-A terminals and variable valve islands, providing high flexibility for machine layout. It can adopt traditional multi pin connection or AP communication connection new technologies.
  • Combine DFPD, SRBC, SRBG, SRBC, CMSH to create the valve solution you need;

High throughput pipetting solution

Application scenarios:

  • Two sets of three-axis cantilever systems were built using Festo standard electric cylinders, customized variable pitch modules, and compact Z-axis modules (17mm wide), equipped with Festo pipette DHOE and rotating grasping module EHMD, to achieve the entire sample pre-processing function.
  • Right three-axis cantilever system: By perfectly combining Festo standard electric cylinder EGC/ELGC/EGSC with servo motor/stepper motor, high-speed and precise positioning of sample switch cover is achieved. Four compact rotating clamping modules EHMD are installed at the end of the Z-axis to achieve simultaneous opening and closing of four sample tubes.
  • Left three-axis cantilever system: By using Festo standard electric cylinder EGC, customized variable pitch module, and 4 compact Z-axis combined with servo motor/stepper motor, the pipette can quickly suck and discharge liquid. Installing four DHOE pipettes on the customized variable distance module and compact Z-axis allows for equidistant and independent or simultaneous up and down movement of the four pipettes for liquid suction and dripping functions.
